Please note: If you or someone you know is seeking emergency shelter or in need of services, we suggest that before you contact us, you first call 211 Palm Beach Treasure Coast, Palm Beach County's crisis information line (211 or 561-383-1111). They can immediatly assess your needs over the phone and properly direct you to an agency who can assist you.
Another option is to come in person to our Engagment Center and meet with a Case Manager who can do an assessment for housing placement or other needed services. The Center located at 2808 N. Australian Avenue in West Palm Beach. The hours of operation are Tues. - Fri. 2pm - 6:30pm and on Sat. from 8am - 1pm.
