Changing Lives!
The Lord’s Place serves homeless families and individuals through a variety of programs and services that include nourishment, interim housing, permanent supportive housing, intensive case management, job training and numerous personalized support services. In October 2007, the agency put into place an “internal continuum of care” of innovative programming designed to break the cycle of homelessness.
