Rapid Re-housing Program
Our Newest Residential Program For Individuals
The Rapid Re-housing Program provides temporary financial assistance such as: rental assistance, security and utility deposits for individuals and youth aging out of foster care. With this short-term support, clients are expected to obtain and retain permanent housing. Case Management is on-going. The program is a minimum of three months and a maximum of 18 months.
